Matt’s paternal grandfather was David Dwight Shively (the son of Robert Scott Lear and Bernadine May Allison). Robert was the son of Charles William Lear and Mary Maud Scott. Bernadine was the daughter of John E. Allison and Vesta M. Riggs.
