The man being referred to was 28-year-old Brent Thompson. He was running on I-25 on February 18, as per body camera film delivered on Wednesday. As Larimer Area Sheriff’s appointee Lorenzo Lujan tasers Thompson, he says “S-t, s-t” around five seconds before the driver of a SUV hits Thompson.
